Canceling & Rescheduling


Your plans change. The weather changes. We understand.

To cancel or reschedule: Use the link in your confirmation email. The link works up to 72 hours before your activity begins.

Up to 72 hours before the activity: We credit any dollar amount paid to a transferable eGift Card. Lesson packs are re-credited.

0-72 hours before the activity: No refunds or rescheduling. Includes those who arrive 15+ minutes late and non-arrivals.

Weather: We email you at least 2 hours before the activity to cancel due to strong rain, wind, or storms based on these local conditions. We reimburse you when we decide to cancel.
