Join us for stand-up paddleboard yoga in NYC. Our flow links movement and breath to the water beneath us. Yogis use anchored stand-up paddleboards in the protected cove. During the evening, we catch the sunset too.

- Maximum weight is 225 lb per person
- Ages 13-17 need a designated adult on premises
