What happens after summer?

We call this the Winter. Days become darker, there’s a chill in the air. We awaken. We cross train on land + sea. We have fun…in neoprene booties. We are Winter.

Join 3 on-water paddles and 2 dry workouts per week from Nov 1 – May 1. Sign up here.

We’ll start as a group in November and progress together to high speed and intensity. With the right cold-weather gear, we’ll go on the water to prepare for 2017 adventures and races.

This program is open to intermediate and advanced paddlers only.

The Winter Schedule:

Tu 6:30 – 7:30pm: Studio Workout

Th 6:30 – 7:45pm: Primal

Fri 6:30 – 7:45pm: Race Train

Sat 1:30 – 2:30pm: Short Paddle

Sun 11:30 – 1:30pm: Long Paddle
