Get into the elements. This 3-class series is the launchpad for everything we do—it’s the foundation to kayak on open water with skill and confidence. Beyond full-body exercise, you’re building the technique to reach new places, find fresh air and sunshine, and join a community of kindred spirits on the water.

The strokes and concepts for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding are similar. Knowing both allows you to switch between longer kayak trips and shorter, high-intensity SUP workouts. Your free 4th credit helps you discover this versatility, or give a credit to your Plus One.
