Classes are open to Non-Swimmers and Beginners. Kayak Basics and SUP Basics are intense athletic classes. Private Classes go at your own pace. FUN SUP and SUP Yoga are relaxed low-impact classes. If you taught yourself or did informal paddling before, you will still benefit a lot from these classes!
After 3 Basics Classes or Private Classes, you can join our intermediate tours on sea kayaks and touring SUPs and become a member. For beginner-friendly river tours, no classes are needed because those use sit-on-top kayaks and not sea kayaks.

Learn how to use a Touring Stand-Up Paddle board. This longer board cuts into water better than rounder boards for flat water. Qualifies you for Intermediate Tours and Memberships.
A low-impact low-pressure way to learn how to stand-up paddle board (SUP). Stay safe and join an instructor. Take this class once or regularly for practice.
Do SUP yoga using anchored stand-up paddle boards. Beginners to yoga and to SUP are welcome. Advanced practitioners push farther for a balance challenge!
Learn Sea Kayaking or Stand-Up Paddle boarding with a dedicated instructor. Come solo or save money by bringing up to 4 people. Sessions are 1.5 hours.
