You’ll also be invited to free, members-only socials, away trips, and camping. These are not listed publicly.
Private lessons are not covered by your full membership discount, but we’re pleased to offer members 25% off all private sessions–even if you bring a friend along.

Public activities are listed on our website and open to everyone. Members get a discount on those when they book online.
Members-only activities are not listed publicly. They are free for members and RSVP-only—we’ll send invites directly by email.

New membership spots open based on how active our current members are. If space remains, we may open additional spots the following month–but demand rises quickly as the season picks up, so spring is the best time to join.
Member discounts only apply to bookings made after your membership is active.
-
We don’t share the members-only calendar publicly. Once you become a member, you’ll receive invitations and access to the full private calendar.

No. All MKC programming uses MKC boats. Personal boats are not allowed in any class, tour, or trip. You may bring personal gear, like a paddle or spray skirt, if you prefer yours.
Storage members may use their own boat outside of MKC programming. Boats must be stored on-site and pass our annual safety inspection.
