Important
- Ages 18+
- Maximum weight 225 lbs
- Only double up classes (e.g., 1 & 2 in one day) if you exercise regularly
- This pack is valid for group classes only—not private lessons
- You should be able to comfortably do 10 full push-ups and 10 bodyweight squats
