Learn SUP FUNdamentals for All People

Looking for a low-impact low-pressure way to learn how to stand-up paddle board (SUP)? Stay safe and join an instructor to learn the fundamentals. Take this class once or regularly for practice. Then, you’ll learn to paddle while sitting or kneeling. If you want to try standing or jumping off the paddle board safely, that is optional. The instructor is nearby at all times.

Kids ages 3-11 ride on a board with an adult. Kids 12+ and adults ride an easy stable board. Swimming experience is unnecessary. Our life jackets keep your head above water. A leash on your ankle keeps your board close by.

This class is made for FUN EASY learning. It isn’t adequate preparation for our Intermediate river tours. To prepare for those tours, take SUP Basics or Private SUP Classes instead.
