Iāve taken 3 classes and am really impressed. The teachers absolutely know what theyāre doing and make sure that students learn techniques correctly. Theyāre attentive, yet foster independence in students. Going out on open water is something that should be taken seriously and thatās exactly how they approach it.
Beginner Classes:
Foundations & Core Skills
Safe for first-timers and non-swimmers. Whether you’re in our small-group classes (capped at a 6:1 ratio) or a 1:1 Private Fast Track, you get the personalized coaching needed to move from the cove to the open river.
Intermediate Trainings:
Ongoing Skills & Mastery
For those who complete the Basics Course, Fast Track, or pass a pre-screening. In open water, refined technique and situational awareness make all the difference. These repeatable sessions add precision and advanced knowledge to your quiver, ensuring you’re ready for changing conditions.

To ensure safety, all students must meet these baseline standards:
Weight: 225 lb limit per person.
Age: 18+ for group classes, 10+ for privates.
Physicality: Must be comfortable performing 10 push-ups and 10 squats.
