What’s SUP? NYC’s Ultimate Outdoor Fitness Adventure
Feel the thrill of standing tall on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and exploring the city from a whole new perspective. Our expert instructors guide you through balance, steering, and paddling techniques so you can navigate the water with ease. Classes go in order: 1 → 2 → 3. Start with Class 1, even if you have experience. After finishing Class 3, you qualify for Intermediate Tours, which are amazing group paddling adventures on NYC waters.

Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) Class Breakdown
Paddleboard 1: Learn balance, steering, and paddling techniques while seated and standing. (2.5 hrs)
Paddleboard 2: Refine your skills, improve efficiency, and jump off the board with confidence! (2.5 hrs)
SUP 3: Take on open water, catch small waves, and paddle with power. (2.5 hrs)
