Unlock Better Balance & Fluid Movement for Paddling

Kayakers and paddleboarders rely on balance and flexibility for everything from smooth paddle strokes to steady rescues. However, too much desk time, repetitive workouts, or simply tight muscles can limit your agility and range of motion on the water. Our Balance and Flex Training is designed specifically for paddlers, building strength and mobility where it counts.

Most sessions are on land, focusing on mobility drills, core stability, and controlled movements that directly improve your paddling performance. Sometimes we’ll get on the water, challenging your stability on a kayak, surfski, or SUP (yes, a little capsizing is part of the fun!). We’ll let you know ahead of time when to bring your paddling gear.

Whether you’re fine-tuning technique, adjusting to a new boat or board, or just looking to move with more ease, this progressive class helps you paddle with greater confidence and control. By joining us every week, you’ll steadily develop the agility, range of motion, and fluid movement that translates directly to better kayaking and SUP performance.
