High-Intensity Interval Training on the Water
Hit the water in a sea kayak, surf ski, or paddleboard and push your limits through high-intensity intervals alongside teammates at your level. This fun, fitness-driven session builds speed, sharpens technique, and strengthens your paddle skills. Connect with a great community at the same time.
Every Wednesday evening includes structured laps at increasing speeds, group sprints, and time trials in the Pier 84 cove. Expect a full-body workout, a lot of laughs, and a big boost to your paddling performance.
Important
- This is an Intermediate training. Before booking, complete Kayak or SUP Class 3 or get screened.
What To Bring
- Shoes that can get wet
- Your own lock for the lockers
- Water bottle and energy snack
- Arrive in quick-dry athletic clothes and bring extras
